Introduction
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Grief Counselor committed to companioning people of all ages through some of the most difficult times of life. My work focuses on individual bereavement counseling, public grief education, and individual and family grief and mourning support. I believe in taking a companioning and narrative approach by honoring and remembering relationships to transform the way people encounter grief and bereavement. I am passionate about changing the narrative typically encountered in a grief-avoidant culture. As Stephen Levine said, "Grief is a consequence of love."
