My clinical work is best described as integrative. Built upon a foundation of cultural humility, I draw from interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic approaches,. I am an active therapist who works collaboratively with clients to set goals; identify thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that contribute to clients' struggles; identify and practice new ways of dealing with concerns; and assess progress being made. My therapy approach is a good fit for addressing life transitions, stress, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, workplace challenges, bias and discrimination due to cultural identity, overcoming difficult life circumstances and coping with trauma, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I offer in-person and telehealth appointments. I know that therapy can feel vulnerable and that it is important to find a therapist who is the best fit for you.
