One of the most important things we can do is take care of ourselves. YOU are the most important person in your life and my goal is to help you uncover the best version of you. Whether it self discovery or rediscovery, the best version is inside of us. I have experience working with a wide variety of MH/SA to include, trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction and more! I strive to provide a non-judgmental and comfortable environment. Be yourself, don't hold back and allow the healing to take place. A bit about my approach to therapy I like to take a person centered approach to working with individuals because I understand that different strategies work for different people. We will work together to identify what is that best strategy to fit your needs and to help you reach your goals. After our sessions, my goal is to help you to feel seen, heard and understood.
