My primary area of specialty is autism, more specifically, helping neurodiverse adults and adolescents achieve their goals. I have specialized in working with individuals on the autism spectrum for more than 10 years and value neurodiverse perspectives. My goal is not to “fix” you - you are not broken! I aim to facilitate understanding in order to expand your options and opportunities. In addition to autism, I also have experience with Anxiety disorders (social anxiety, generalized anxiety, etc.), OCD, Tic Disorders, ADHD, Depression, and Trauma. I can help with social skills, emotion regulation, and executive functioning (e.g. organization, planning). My methods are primarily cognitive-behavioral, and I also tend to integrate mindfulness practices. I generally take an active, goal-oriented approach, and work best with clients who are motivated and ready to make meaningful change in their lives. I have also worked closely with parents, offering support for parenting stress, as well as tools and strategies for managing behavioral challenges.
