Introduction

Many encounters in life can leave an impression on us that lasts a lifetime. The power to heal lies within us as we recondition the body to hold and receive love. My career path has included work in integrated behavioral health settings with an emphasis on dual diagnosis. I utilize an interdisciplinary approach as a modality of treatment that includes somatic healing, Solution Focused and CBT Techniques. On the journey to healing I support individuals between the ages of early adulthood through the later years of life with issues of anxiety, depression, grief, and crisis stabilization.
