Introduction

With a BA in Psychology from the University of South Florida and an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University, I bring over 20 years of experience in supporting individuals and families. As a Clinical and Tele-Therapist, I provide comprehensive mental health services, crisis intervention, and psychosocial assessments. My certifications encompass Tele-therapy (Zoom), Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT), and Anti-bullying. In the past, I held positions as Department Head of Claims/Case Coordination at Norwalk Hospital Corporate Health, Licensed Mental Health and Disability Manager at Manatee County Opportunity Council, and Head Start. These roles have granted me valuable insights into mental health care, service coordination, treatment evaluation, and community outreach. In 2023, I founded and launched Luma Minds, my online therapy practice, which emphasizes a personalized, client-centered approach using evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness-Based interventions. My goal is to cultivate a nurturing environment for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Embark on your journey towards mental well-being with me. Schedule an appointment and take the first step towards a brighter future.
