I believe change is part of life and some people need guidance through that change. My role as your therapist is to provide a positive, healing environment to create change for your mind, body, and soul. I enjoy working with all ages with a range of presenting problems. I use a number of different approaches to help guide you including Yoga, changing faulty thinking and behavior or habits, acceptance and acknowledgement, and mindfulness for a number of problems including trauma, stress management, behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and substance use disorders.
