As an EMDR trained therapist with an existential theraputic orientation, my main focus is to help you overcome your obstacles and lead a more meaningful life. Through the use of evidence based practice taught in session, you will have the tools to go from surviving struggles to thriving with direction. It takes courage to reach out for help, and the fact that you are searching shows that. You have the strength to take the next step in your healing journey.
