Introduction

From a young age, I found myself being the person others turned to for insight and guidance through life’s challenges. Listening, offering support, and helping people navigate their struggles felt natural to me. That deep sense of connection and care led me to pursue a career in therapy, where I could formally develop the skills to help others get to a better place mentally and emotionally. In my work, I take a compassionate and practical approach, meeting you where you are and walking alongside you on your journey to healing and growth. I primarily use Systems Theory to explore how relationships and life experiences shape who we are, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help reframe negative thought patterns that may be holding you back. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and EMPOWERED to make meaningful changes in your life. If you’re looking for a therapist who genuinely cares and is committed to helping you navigate life’s challenges, I’d love to connect with you.
