I love my work. It's a blessing to connect with people on the most human level each day. I enjoy the challenges of supporting my clients' journeys of discovery. I love helping them uncover their strengths, and relish the power of different perspectives on life's journey. I enjoy working with all ages, but I specialize in adolescents and young adults. I also work with couples/groups on relationship dynamics, communication skills, and healthy boundaries. I'm honest, transparent, and direct. What ever you may be struggling with, I am here to help. I offer a very calm, accepting sounding board to my clients and families. So much can be healed through the process of reflection and awareness. Let me help you lower stress, increase coping ability, and find solutions to functioning at a better capacity.
