Hi there. Firstly, my name Siobhán is Irish & pronounced like sha-v-on. And I am glad you are here! Mental health is vital for navigating life. And having someone in your corner with expertise, compassion, & independence is a great way to cope. I truly believe meaningful therapy comes when YOU feel a connection with your clinician. So finding a fit for you is vital. Cultivating a deeper awareness of your personal life story – how you experience the world – is an essential step toward rewiring the brain and essentially rewriting your personal narrative. By looking more closely at our stories we gain valuable insight into how it got to be that way, and in the process, why certain aspects might not withstand scrutiny, critical thinking, or factual evidence. As we work together we will look for themes and patterns through narratives. Together we will collaborate to find a way to invite joy back into your life. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to explore your journey together. I draw on experience in emotional anatomy, mindfulness, & holistic approaches.
