Introduction

I believe that people are on an ongoing journey of self-discovery and personal growth. My job is to help you tune in to the “you” that feels most true, and practice living with intention. I work with teens and young adults around issues of identity, healthy relationships and boundaries, and navigating a changing world. I help people build the confidence to express themselves freely while also balancing the needs and demands of others. Together we will engage our curiosity and experiment with new ways of thinking and being.
