Introduction

Life doesn't come with a road map for success. Therapy is like a compass to help navigate the twists and turns along the way. I offer personal experience and training in a spectrum of modalities, such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other therapies to help open clients to the deeper parts of themselves. Clients may become aware of coping patterns and learn to see their blind spots. They may learn new practices and see fresh perspectives that can lead to lasting change, helping create the life they want to live. I'm currently able to accept Jackson Care Connect through Oregon Health Plan, or Out of Pocket payments.
