I am a graduate student at Rhode Island College working towards my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and LMHC. My approach to psychotherapy is person-centered and collaborative, putting the control in clients' hands to actualize their goals. I aim to compassionately help clients develop a better understanding of themselves and what they can do to reach the next step in their personal growth journey within their set of circumstances. As a woman of mixed identities, I work towards an affirming therapeutic relationship with clients with a range of identity issues to encourage clarity, healing, and self-acceptance. My focus is working hand in hand with those going through life transitions, relationship issues, identity issues, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders.
