Introduction

I am Soheil Nashtahosseini, NCC, LPC, CTP, C-DBT, a Mental Health Counselor and the founder of Phoenix Counseling LLC. I want to begin by acknowledging the strength and courage it takes to seek support and begin a journey toward personal growth and healing. At Phoenix Counseling LLC, we are deeply committed to your well-being, providing a secure and caring environment for your journey. We believe in the power of therapy to create positive change and are here to support you every step of the way. My extensive experience in mental health counseling has allowed me to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each bringing unique perspectives and challenges. I have had the honor of assisting clients who have faced a wide range of issues, including trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, anger management, body image concerns, self-esteem issues, and career-related struggles. Understanding that each individual's experience is unique, I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your specific needs and goals, ensuring that our work together is meaningful and effective. In my practice, I adopt a collaborative and client-centered approach to counseling. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a partnership where your voice and experiences are central. I draw from various evidence-based practices to best support you, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, solution-focused therapy, and humanistic and existential therapies. These modalities allow me to empower you to develop resilience, gain insights, and make meaningful changes in your life. Creating a safe, non-judgmental space is a cornerstone of my practice. I prioritize being your ally, offering a supportive environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether you are navigating life transitions, managing stress and anxiety, coping with depression, healing from past trauma, or seeking personal growth and self-discovery, I am dedicated to providing the support and guidance you need. I hold a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. This diverse educational background enhances my counseling practice, allowing me to approach complex emotional and psychological issues with a unique blend of scientific understanding and deep empathy. My commitment to continuous learning and innovation is also reflected in my accomplishments outside of counseling. I have authored several publications, including " Simply Learn Philosophy: The Difference Between Schools of Thought," "Tomahawk," "Heroes or Liars," and " Iceberg Tips. " Additionally, I am the inventor of the "Neo-hydroelectric Power System," for which I hold US patent US10487795B1. These efforts underscore my dedication to exploring the complexities of human thought and behavior and contributing to broader conversations about knowledge and innovation. Please reach out if you are ready to take the first step toward healing, personal growth, and empowerment. Together, we can work towards creating a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. Your journey is unique, and I am here to support you in every way possible with kindness, respect, and unwavering dedication to your well-being.
