When we fall into the pits of depression, anxiety, confusion, self-doubt, ruminations and bad memories...we don't feel whole. The day-to-day can feel impossible and overwhelming, let alone handling what is happening deep inside. Many of my clients struggle with current-day consequences of many years of trauma, which can show up in a number of different ways- disordered eating and eating disorders, complex PTSD, and postpartum issues. You are greater than the sum of your parts, and when some parts of you are badly injured, your functioning gets out of whack. My job is to guide you in understanding and acknowledging every part of you so you can live in harmony with yourself. I do that through talk therapy, ecotherapy (using nature), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. You deserve to feel whole. You deserve the help you need to get there.
