Counseling begins with the willingness and courage to admit that life is not going as you had hoped. For some people it's a major life change that brings us to that place, and for others it's a lifetime of experiences. Whichever the case, for the past 20yrs I have worked to come along side all sorts of people, helping them gain insights into themselves and their lives; helping people learn coping skills to get from where they are, to where they want to be. My experiences includes: substance use (and their families), depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma and abuse, relational problems, grief, phase of life changes, and more.
