Introduction
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, Clinical Supervisor and an EFT "Tapping" practitioner in the State of California. I have been practicing in the field for over 20 years in very diverse settings with diverse populations. I have passion for this work. I believe we already have what we need to heal and are the experts of ourselves. Our bodies, minds and hearts are always working toward wholeness, however, we can get lost in the tangle of old programing that create limiting and negative narratives about ourselves and the world. With curiosity and compassion, I do this work, to assist in transformation and healing for a brighter, safer, healthier reality for my clients. I look forward to hearing from you, and starting the creative process that I believe therapy is. While it can be very hard to face our pain and challenges, the rewards are endless.
