Hi, I’m Sonja—I am dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages through their mental health journeys. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults, creating a safe, empowering space for healing and growth. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of New England and take a holistic approach to therapy, addressing emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. My practice combines evidence-based methods like CBT, TF-CBT, Family Systems Trauma Therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques. I am TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention) and trauma informed. I also incorporate holistic tools like Reiki and a Biomat to support relaxation and emotional release. I have a special passion for working with young people and those impacted by foster care and adoption, providing early intervention and tools for emotional regulation. I help clients of any age process trauma, navigate transitions, and build healthy coping strategies in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Outside of therapy, I enjoy gardening, neighborhood walks, and soaking up the summer sun. I’m committed to ongoing learning and self-care—both personally and professionally—to offer the best support possible.
