From a very young age, I was impacted by the untimely death of numerous family members at the hands of lupus, pancreatic cancer, colon cancer, suicide and addiction. This had a tremendous influence on my goals and mindset, leading to a lifelong pursuit of education in pharmaceutical product development, biotechnology research, and mental health. I practice evidence-based techniques & approaches. Areas of clinical interests include, but are not limited to, life transitions/rebranding, managing stress, anxiety, & depression, substance use disorders, relational issues, self-esteem, & healthy boundaries. In addition, I work closely with your healthcare provider to maximize each client's health outcomes. I have a synergistic approach to therapy. We will approach your therapy together utilizing resources and striving for outcomes that are better than any one of us could accomplish alone. My approach is supportive, empathetic, non-judgmental, collaborative, and relational. My practice is where you can bring your complete self and feel safe and accepted. I am here to walk alongside others in finding a healthy path and learning to deal with reality in a positive way. - a life that is true to themselves, that is whole, authentic, and empowering, providing contentment & fulfillment.
