Providing you with the tools to work through new or old life challenges will help us address your needs and promote growth and change. I provide both in-person and virtual therapy options, and I look forward to supporting you through all life has to offer. I specialize in working with teens and adults. I work with concerns of anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. I practice from a solution-focused approach and I provide a safe, confidential environment that is supportive and conducive to achieving your goals. Our mental health can impact all aspects of life, and I look forward to working with you to reach your goals and better your overall mental health and well-being!
