Hopefully, we can co-create a space that can be as real and raw as life gets. My style is interactive and direct. My directness shows up as inciting curiosity around ways we can change and challenge ourselves to grow. This work is done through the careful creation of a safe and affirming space. Stylistically, I often join the conversation by asking questions, sharing my reflections, and exploring alternative ideas. I specialize in trauma and attachment work primarily with individuals and couples. I also work with presenting problems that are by result of, symptomatic of, or co-occurring with trauma. This can look like anxiety, depression, substance abuse, self-harm, suicidal ideation, attachment styles, body-image issues, grief, dissociation, isolation, and many more. I have found that reaching out is often the hardest part. Once you send me a message, I will text you/email you, and we can set up a time to talk for 15 or so minutes so I can learn more about what you are looking for. If the phone call feels good to you, I will send you the link to schedule a session. If it doesn't feel like a match, that's 100% okay.
