Seeking and finding the therapist who is the right fit for your individual needs is a major part of the healing process. I engage my clients through curiosity, warmth, direct feedback, and, when fitting, a sense of humor. I work alongside my clients as they connect the past with the present in order to move them towards greater self-awareness and becoming their true selves. I have experience working with a range of adults, teens, and groups focusing on LGBTQ+ support. I also work with clients experiencing chronic pain and other symptoms associated with anxiety and depression by utilizing somatic tracking and pain reprocessing therapy. I am particularly attuned to the way in which unprocessed emotions can show up in the body. My ultimate passion is working with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. Areas of specialty: life transitions, gender, sexuality, chronic pelvic pain, anxiety, self-esteem/body image, relationship challenges, intergenerational trauma, and the mind-body connection.
