Setting out on a path toward mental and emotional well-being is a deeply personal journey, and I am honored to be your guide throughout the process. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Candidate(LPCC) and a Christian counselor, I am committed to helping individuals and couples discover their true potential and overcome life's challenges by striving to combine a Christian Worldview with clinical excellence. With a profound passion for understanding the human experience, I have dedicated my career to fostering a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to better understand themselves, achieve personal growth, and find healing. Holding a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health, I specialize in working with individuals from all walks of life, including adults and couples. My professional journey is marked by continuous learning and development as I deeply believe in adapting my approaches based on the changing needs of my clients. In addition, I am certified in the Prepare & Enrich program, which is instrumental in assessing and enhancing premarital and marital relationships and brainspotting. My approach to therapy is highly individualized, ensuring that each person's unique needs are met with empathy and insight. Before opening my private practice, I accumulated extensive experience in various professional settings. As the founder and CEO of a memory preservation business, I combined my entrepreneurial spirit with my leadership skills to create a successful business dedicated to preserving cherished memories. This entrepreneurial journey, coupled with my role as Executive Vice President at a major corporation, where I managed large teams and developed key organizational strategies, has honed my ability to understand and support people from diverse backgrounds. These experiences have uniquely equipped me to provide compassionate and effective counseling. In my therapeutic practice, I integrate a range of effective methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My commitment to psychoeducation ensures that those I work with have the knowledge and tools necessary to grow. I believe in the power of therapy to guide individuals from a place of despair and vulnerability to one of strength, recovery, and happiness. My faith as a Christian counselor informs my compassionate approach. I aim to be a conduit for growth and healing, helping individuals renew their minds and embrace a healthier mindset. It is gratifying to witness those I work with evolve from deep depression and anxiety to newfound hope and resilience. I love helping couples achieve peace, personal insight, and an empowered mindset to face life's transitions and future challenges together.
