Introduction

Hi there! My name is Spencer. When I was in college, a professor described how therapy is both a science and an art. There are empirically studied and proven treatment styles that help client's reach there goals, and there is another component much more abstract- the relationship between therapist and client. I resonated with this statement and strive to create a strong connection with my clients while implementing heavily research backed interventions for the best results! I want to provide a judgement free space where you are understood and feel supported in making positive change. My specialties include helping clients get a hold on anxiety, increase their confidence and authenticity, and learn tools to better relationships with friends, partners, and family. My approach involves learning how our current thoughts and actions came to be the way they are and then learning new ways to reach goals. I love working with college age and + adults who appreciate humor and are opening to exploring themselves!
