Joe Joe, a former 11 B Infantryman in the United States Army, served from 2006 - 2017. His dedication to service was further exemplified by his role as a Tomb Guard at Arlington National Cemetery at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. This earned him the least awarded badge in the United States Military, second only to the astronaut badge. After this, he relocated to Fort Campbell, KY, where he served with the esteemed Band of Brothers of modern-day Easy (Alpha) Company 2-506 Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team. Joe completed two tours in Afghanistan with 2-506 before the regiment was moved from the 4th Brigade Combat Team to the 3rd Brigade Combat Team. Following his medical retirement, Joe embarked on a new mission-mental health. Joe's academic journey is a testament to his commitment to providing the best mental health services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Austin Peay State University (2017-2019) and a Master of Social Work with a Clinical Focus from the University of Kentucky (2019-2021). Currently, he is furthering his education with a Doctorate in Advanced Behavioral Analysis, focusing on Intellectual Disabilities and Autism, from Capella University (2022-present). This continuous learning ensures that Joe is always equipped with the latest knowledge and skills in the field of mental health.
