Providers: - Hannah Schmidt, MA, LMFT Hannah is passionate about helping people address challenges related to anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, ADHD, and relationship conflicts and are motivated to improve their relationships, develop coping skills, and heal past trauma. You can expect her to listen carefully to your concerns and goals and tailor my approach to fit your individual needs. She balances empathy and compassion with feedback and skill-building so that you feel safe and supported while gaining necessary tools and awareness to make progress toward your goals. Hannah's Christian faith is at the heart of her work, and she can incorporate this perspective upon request. - Joy Solano, MA, LPC/LPCC, NCC Joy's goal is to develop meaningful connection to help you find your way forward, however that uniquely looks for you. She utilizes an eclectic palate of therapeutic interventions to help children, teens, and adults meet their goals in relieving symptoms that may be causing emotional distress in their life. Joy has training and experience in treating PTSD, depression, anxiety, military service members and veterans, bereavement, child/infant loss, suicide loss, women's issues, and religious trauma recovery. Joy is trained in evidence-based trauma-informed psychotherapy treatment modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
