I am honored to work with my clients to help achieve lasting and profound change. Each of us has the innate capacity for personal growth and I can help you live a more authentic life. If you are looking for a compassionate professional, dedicated to organic healing from trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, job performance, substance use disorders or relational issues please contact me. I also offer customized intensives for trauma treatment. Additionally, I provide consultations for families impacted by substance use disorders, which includes teaching families how to support and talk to children about parental addiction. I specialize in therapies based on the latest neuroscience that honor a person's natural healing ability. I use several psychotherapy approaches and I am a consultant in EMDR and Brainspotting. Specialties include treating anxiety, trauma and addictions. I have extensive experience working with professional athletes and first responders. I believe in designing innovative strategies unique to each client, including individual and family sessions as well as custom intensive trauma treatment. I have advanced training in trauma, dissociation, chronic pain, substance use disorders and co-dependence. Discernment and discretion are paramount in my practice. I am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant.
