Introduction

My approach to therapy is active and involved. I have a Solution-Oriented focus and I seek to understand my clients' struggles and collaboratively develop goals and a process to resolve those difficulties. I focus on utilizing a person's proven strengths in order to improve their coping skills. My areas of expertise are the treatment of trauma, depression and anxiety disorders, as well as, issues related to personal growth, transitions, communication and interpersonal relationships. I am also EMDR certified and conduct DBT informed skills training individually and in groups.
