Introduction

We take a holistic and personalized approach to counseling, recognizing that each individual's experience is unique. Our therapeutic style combines elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Stress Reduction, Nutrition, Movement and Physical Wellness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). We strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we work towards developing coping strategies, enhancing resilience, and fostering a deeper understanding of oneself and relationships while building healthy foundations. Our clinician specializes in working with youth (ages 7 - 18) and their families in both individual and family therapy, with expertise in: • Anxiety and Stress Management • Depression • Relationship Issues • Behavioral Issues • Self-Esteem and Personal Growth Meet Our Clinician: Stacie, has experience providing outpatient therapy for children, teens, and families, and has worked in a Day Treatment Program, offering individual, group, and family therapy. She has also been a crisis clinician, providing suicide risk assessment and crisis screenings for youth and families in clinic and school settings. Stacie is passionate about empowering children, youth, and families to make meaningful changes in their lives and is honored to witness the strength and courage of individuals as they overcome obstacles and move towards a place of peace and fulfillment.
