I am a licensed psychologist who works with adults of all ages who are struggling with an array of emotional concerns including depression, anxiety, stress and relationship struggles. In addition, I have a particular area of interest and expertise in working with young adults (ages ~18-28) who are navigating personal, academic, career, and identity issues. My approach is integrative but grounded in client centered and attachment theory. I strive to create a warm, safe, nurturing space for self-exploration, healing and growth. I see my role as a therapist as being a guide who walks with clients on their personal journeys and helps them find balance and emotional wholeness. My goal is to help clients achieve a more authentic and compassionate connection with themselves and others. I use a variety of approaches to improve well-being and relieve suffering including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and behavioral activation. I also am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting.
