My approach to counseling is caring, supportive, and genuine. My education and training is in Mental Health Treatment and Trauma Therapy, Trauma Informed Care and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)n the form of Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, In Patient and Outpatient Therapy. Although,my emphasis is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Behaviuoral Therapy (SFBT)I am also skilled in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Client-Centered approach, Mindfulness practice, and many more. I help treat many symptoms of mental illnesses to include Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and loss. Additionally, I am a veteran of the United States Navy.
