Hi there!! I have over twenty years of experience working directly with people in their homes and community support programs. My background is vast from starting as a direct care worker to behavioral specialist and community treatment programs. I value each experience that lead me here to help you. It truly is a calling for me and my purpose. Together we will work to establish your goals for therapy by becoming more self-aware to live an intentional life. Through a client-centered approach, we will identify areas of concern and work to establish a path for improvement. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most crucial piece of self-awareness and growth. Creating a warm, accepting, and open atmosphere is an essential element. You can expect a bilateral and conversational style approach, with you as the focus. When you talk, I'll listen. If you're hesitant, I'll guide you. I will encourage, empathize, and engage.
