Welcome! I commend you for taking the first step on your therapy journey! I offer both In-Person and Telehealth services. I take a client-centered approach to sessions. Often, I will ask questions to understand your struggles and what you are looking for in your therapy journey. I also want to allow you to ask me questions you have so you can feel empowered and comfortable regarding the therapeutic process. This way, we can work together in the most beneficial way to help you become the best version of yourself! I specialize in working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, coping skills, self-esteem, and school issues. I utilize different therapy modalities based on your needs and goals including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, Strengths-based, and Psychodynamic. I understand that the decision to start therapy can be overwhelming. My goal is to create a safe space for you to be your authentic self, which will ultimately lead to healing and the ability to reach your therapeutic and personal goals! I am here to help guide you in reaching those goals while feeling supported and empowered to live the life you deserve!
