Introduction

Hi, I'm Stefania! I provide trauma-informed therapy for people who are experiencing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, shame, low self worth, emotional difficulties, relationship struggles, and more. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) combined with gentle body-based tools and a compassionate approach to exploring the different parts of ourselves that hold pain, protection, and strength.
