Introduction

As a licensed professional counselor with extensive experience in diverse settings, including hospitals, schools, and private practice, I have assisted individuals of all ages, from adolescents to adults and couples, in navigating life transitions. When you select me as your counselor, I will integrate my clinical training with my personal experiences to provide support that is truly meaningful. My counseling approach is distinctive, drawing upon techniques from various methodologies. I have advanced training in Step-Family dynamics from the Stepfamily Foundation as well as advanced training from AFCC (Association of Family and Conciliation Court) to provide Parenting Plan (Custody) Evaluations, Parent Coordination, and Family Mediation. Divorce can be tough, but it’s not the end of the world. Co-parenting after divorce takes time and effort, but I can help. If you seek a warm, caring, respectful, safe, and supportive environment for growth and change, please consider reaching out to me. In addition to my advanced training, I have personally experienced divorce, single parenthood, remarriage, and the challenges of being a stepmother. I will provide a safe space where you can express your fears, shed your tears, and heal your heart to move forward in a healthy manner. I am accepting new clients and offer flexible appointment times, including early evenings and weekends. Sessions can be conducted in-person at my office in the Cenla area or virtually via Telehealth (Louisiana, Texas and Florida), as required.
