Stephanie Anyakwo

Behavioral Health Therapist Stephanie Anyakwo LMFT., BCBA
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, ADD/ADHD, Adjustment Disorder,

Introduction

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Stephanie combines her 10- years of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) with her practice of Psychotherapy. This fusion brings a unique style to assisting adults, children, and families with achieving their goals, while creating a space for individuals to feel secure and connect with self. Throughout her career, she has provided therapy to clients within various communities, schools, and agencies, as well as through private practice. Stephanie’s role is not to push her own agenda; conversely, she works collaboratively with all clients to set goals, provide evidenced-based and mindful strategies to help achieve these goals, and engages in positive reinforcement throughout the journey. Society may foster this belief that seeking help is a sign of weakness. Stephanie believes that the strongest thing any human being can do, is to connect with another person in order to heal, grow, and remain balanced.
