I truly believe that seeking help is a sign of courage and strength. It is this inherent strength displayed by those struggling that inspires me to do what I love; help my clients turn that strength and courage into inner peace. I enjoy working with people, helping them discover the things within themselves and their lives causing their distress and guiding them on a journey to reshape their perceptions, emotions, and reactions to achieve that inner peace. It is my sincere belief that learning how to manage your mental health is a life altering experience, improving your quality of life and promoting harmony. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work and have been a Licensed Social worker since 2013. I have been a clinical therapist for four years working with adolescents and adults with mental health symptoms, as well as individuals with addiction diagnoses. I am experienced with several therapy modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I pride myself in being a safe, healthy person to share your life story with, regardless of your background, life experiences, or unique situations. I am always ready with an open mind, a listening ear, and a comforting presence. I am here to help you find your inner peace, no matter the circumstances.
