I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who uses CBT, DBT and parts work to help my clients address their struggles. I help teens, young adults, parents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. I also provide supervision to other clinicians trying to get their independent licensure. When I am not working, I like to spend time with my family and friends, reading or watching tv or watching my dogs play. I do my best to put in the same effort I expect from my clients, to take care of my own mental and physical health.
