Some of the reasons the brought me to be a therapist, include participating in the journey of others making a difference in their lives and in society, guiding others who have struggled with painful issues that come with being human, being around people who are growing and changing, and participating in a culture that values growth and well-being. My therapeutic approach is based in person-centered therapy which operates on the belief that the client is inherently driven toward and has the capacity for growth and self-actualization. I am drawn toward working with people that are ready to work on themselves, to better their lives, circumstances and really dig deep into the patterns they have cultivated. People who are currently in a tough life transition and need some guidance or someone to just listen to their fears. I have extensive history working with victims of trauma, attachment issues, identity questions or conflicts, substance abuse and life transitions. My passion is living as authentically and genuinely as possible. I love people, meeting new people and hearing their stories. I love to travel and experience new cultures and their food 🙂 I am very spiritual and have a strong belief in our universal resonance with each other and all life. I like to meditate, do yoga and astrology as hobby. I love spending time with my husband. I love, more than anything, to laugh. Life is too short to not be happy and do what brings joy to the soul.
