Taking the first step towards healing can feel overwhelming. I believe that everyone innately has the resilience and ability to overcome challenges. My hope is to join you on your journey and to provide support along the way. I see therapy as the humble privilege of joining you wherever you are on that journey. My goal is to be a supportive, safe place for you. I have been working within the social work field for over 18 years. I obtained my Masters degree at Arizona State University in 2011. I am certified in Compassionate Bereavement Care through the MISS Foundation. I am passionate about with working with individuals and families experiencing grief, bereavement, and trauma including first responders, active military, and veterans. I have obtained My presentation to therapy is a focus on CBT, mindfulness, supportive reflection and validation. I am trained in two trauma modalities Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
