Hello, my name is Stephanie and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I'm a 2nd generation Mexican-American and California native. In 2017, I received my BA in Psychology with a minor in Human Sexuality from Cal State Northridge. Having my own experience with depression, anxiety, and trauma, I pursued the counseling field to become the therapist I wish I had in my most difficult times. In 2019, I received my MS in Counseling with a focus in Marriage and Family Therapy from Cal State Long Beach. Now, I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at an incredible group practice Gather & Grow OC. I specialize in working with anxiety, human sexuality, and life transitions.
