As your therapist, my role is to be the person who collaborates with you to achieve the goals you already have, while also giving you new tools and skills to reach goals you didn’t know you could. I do this by supporting you during times of struggle, giving unconditional positive regard, and providing a non-judgmental space for you to feel comfortable being yourself. You’ve already learned how to survive, so now it’s time to learn how to thrive. My main areas of focus are anxiety, depression, and trauma. I was trained in evidence-based psychology, which has been shown to be effective in relieving a variety of problems. I also have experience treating OCD/related disorders and many other mental, emotional, and behavioral issues. I offer individual therapy in person or via telehealth for people ages 13 and up.
