Introduction

Are you feeling lost, overwhelmed, and alone? Have you been impacted by trauma, anxiety, and/or depression? We can work together to create the life you want to live. You deserve to feel free to be yourself and love who you are. I am here to listen, validate, and facilitate transformation by exploring your inner world. We will build you up with approaches that empower you. You will also learn skills to approach your day with confidence. We can explore limiting beliefs, such as feeling like you are not enough or that you are unloveable, in a safe place so you feel free to be your true self in life and with others. You are safe here. I have been working with people like you since 2015 and I love what I do. I obtained my master's degree in clinical psychology and my bachelor's degree in neuroscience and view people from a holistic lens. I hold multiple licenses; I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Minnesota, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege (LMHC-D) in New York, and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut. I enjoy creating a safe space for, but not limited to, people who are part of the LGBTQIA2S+, kink, queer, and non-monogamous communities. Some hobbies of mine include painting, hiking, lifting weights, learning, listening to people's stories, doing art, going to concerts, spending time with my friends and community and playing with my cat. START YOUR JOURNEY TODAY by emailing, calling, or texting me to set up a free 15 minute consult. https://stephanie-mankowski.clientsecure.me/contact-widget I meet with people via online and I am available M-F, late morning, afternoon and evening with limited availability on Saturdays, but I am flexible for your needs. I would be honored to be part of your story of transformation. I hope to hear from you soon.
