Introduction

I am an EMDR Certified Therapist through the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) and offer individual EMDR therapy and EMDR Intensives. I also incorporate principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in EMDR sessions. With my clients, I strive to foster a safe, non-judgmental place for healing that solely focuses on your goals and needs. I use a client-centered and strengths-based perspective to help facilitate the process of self-discovery and growth. I am currently licensed in Michigan and Illinois. I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Michigan and received my Master of Social Work from Wayne State University. I also have a background as a registered yoga instructor (RYT-200). In my spare time, I enjoy yoga, strength training, arts and crafts, and hanging out with my black cat named Spooky Boo.
