Hi, I'm Stephanie and I am a proud graduate of Northwest University in 2008 and 2009 as well as the University of Houston in 2019. I have a Master's in Clinical Social Work with a specialization in Health and Behavioral Health. I also have a certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional. I am based out of Whidbey Island and have had careers in youth ministry, secondary education, and now mental health psychotherapy. My passion is helping people of all ages who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and more.
