I help anxious and depressed teens and adults find hope and joy through helping them learn ways of coping with difficult emotions and empowering them to find strength and value in themselves so they can feel more fulfilled. I do my best work helping people find their self-worth and confidence. By helping clients understand and become more aware of their emotions, they are able to better understand what they are feeling and what thoughts are contributing to those feelings. This awareness allows my clients to begin to reframe their negative thought patterns that lead to feelings of anxiety and depression. I am trained in EMDR therapy to help clients effectively work through past painful experiences and trauma that continue to impact their daily life.
