Welcome! I am here to support you on this journey to wellness. My passion for helping people is rooted in my desire to be a source of hope for others who may be struggling with their mental health. I understand that when you feel lost or stuck in life, it can be difficult to get back on track—but I believe that you can find your way again. I strives to meet each client where they are on their journey and will use a therapeutic approach better suited for that client's needs. I believe in the importance of a therapeutic alliance and provide a safe space where clients can feel heard, empowered and supported. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety disorders, emerging adulthood issues, ADHD, and PTSD. I help my clients navigate through life’s challenges by providing techniques, resources, and individualized treatment plans that strengthen them to move forward. I work with Neurodiverse couples and support NT partners who are struggling with OTRS (Ongoing Traumatic Relationship Syndrome). I use the Island of Shared meaning model that Dr. Lucking created to support ND relationships and partners to bridge the Neurodiverse gap that these relationships struggle with. In addition, I provide coaching to individuals in various areas including personal growth, career development and relationships. My clients range from professionals seeking to find fulfillment in their careers, individuals going through life transitions, to those wanting to improve their overall well-being. I facilitate a Life Momentum support group for individuals from all walks of life who have experienced setbacks, transitions, or difficult circumstances and are looking for a supportive community to lean on. I utilizes a person-centered approach, tailoring my strategies and techniques to meet the specific needs of each individual. I emphasizes active listening, empathy, and validation as key components of effective communication in a group dynamic. Through experiential exercises, role-playing, and group discussions, I help individuals overcome social anxiety, build social skills, and foster a sense of belonging and community.
