I have a particular interest in helping people regain relationships. Something is keeping you from it. We can find it together! Today's families are complicated; navigating stepfamilies, parent child, couple's and in-law relationships are not things they teach us in school. Learning new skills will open doors in your relationships. I offer services for: Individuals, Couples and Families Supervision for Counselors and Therapists Consultation for all professionals that serve families Retreats/Camps for Group Trainings My approach to counseling is through power of choice and a realistic look at strengths and options. I believe you are the expert of your own life and with clarity more options are available to you. Sometimes programing and trauma from the past keep us stuck. Brainspotting Therapy is usually 1 to 5 session and you will have clarity on why you do what you do.
