I'm so glad you're here - seeking help and support is a great step in caring for yourself. I'd love to tell you a bit about me and my practice. My name is Stephanie Thelen and I graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy in 2010. In addition to my clinical license in Washington state (LMFT), I hold a national certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). I created Anew Therapy with one heartfelt goal: to help women find hope, connection, and meaning as they navigate the unique mental health challenges that can occur during fertility difficulties, pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood. I have specialized experience and advanced training in therapeutic strategies specifically designed to support women as they move through this transformative time in life. In addition to providing information and supportive strategies to help you feel better, I will also help you explore your deepest values. Learning to take steps that align with your values can provide you with a personal sense of direction and hope in your life. Sessions are offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday between 9:00am & 3:30pm. Sessions can occur in-person or online, so choose the option that feels right for you. If you'd like more information, I'd love to meet with you for a free 15-minute consultation. If you feel ready to get started, you can also schedule a 60-minute initial appointment. You can request either of these services by selecting the Request Appointment button above. Fees & Insurance I am an in-network provider with Kaiser Permanente of Washington, LifeWise, Lyra Health, & Premera Blue Cross. Clients using health insurance are responsible for any copays/coinsurance indicated by their plan. If you prefer not to use insurance, you can pay directly for sessions. The session rate is $150.
